1. Acceptance of Terms

Additional methods may be added or removed at the discretion of mario88 without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit is RM30. Deposit transactions are credited to your mario88 balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. mario88 does not guarantee deposit processing times as these are subject to the policies of your chosen payment provider. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically instantaneous.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. mario88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are subject to the policies of the receiving payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mario88 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered members. General bonus conditions applicable to all mario88 promotions include:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mario88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any mario88 content without the prior written consent of mario88.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mario88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if mario88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mario88's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The mario88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

mario88's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the mario88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

mario88 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. 12. Amendments to this Agreement

The current version of this Agreement is always available on this page with the effective date noted in the header. Your continued use of the mario88 Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mario88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to mario88's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Mario88's decision on all gaming disputes — including jackpot eligibility, bonus forfeiture, and account status — is final and binding unless overturned through the arbitration process.
